Our XL Boned & Rolled Turkey hamper is the perfect choice for a large number of people for dinner, it's enough for at least 18-20 people with plenty for leftovers! The 4.4kg turkey is lean boneless breast meat so easy to carve with no waste. The ham is a large 5kg Gleesons full Gammon Ham Boned & Rolled. Comes with our homemade stuffing and breakfast pack

Boned & Rolled Turkey

Your turkey comes ready to cook in a cooking bag.

Preheat your oven to 170°C.

Place the turkey (still in the cooking bag) into a roasting tray.

Roast for approximately 30 minutes per 500g. For a 4.4kg boned & rolled turkey, this is around 260 minutes (4 hours 20 minutes).

As all ovens vary, please check that your turkey is fully cooked by ensuring the juices run clear at the thickest point of the joint.

Once cooked, allow the turkey to rest for 20–30 minutes before carving.

Ham

Remove all wrapping from the ham. Place the ham in a large saucepan and cover it with cold water. Put the lid on and bring the water to the boil.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes per kilo of ham.

When the ham is cooked, remove it from the water. Wrap it in foil and let it rest for 20 minutes.

At this stage, the ham is ready to eat. If you prefer a glazed and baked finish, continue below

Heat your oven to 180°C. Remove the layer of skin from the ham, leaving the fat intact.

Place the ham in a roasting tray. Brush your chosen glaze over the ham.- common glaze: 2 tbsp honey + 2 tbsp brown sugar + a little mustard

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, wrap loosely in foil, and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

Weight: Turkey 4.4kg, Ham 5kg

Delivery of full turkey on the bone is not possible. This includes whole/full turkey, free range turkey & bronze turkey.

Minimum order value for delivery is €70. A delivery fee of €15 applies. For orders over €120, the delivery fee is €10.

Christmas order Pick Up Collections are available in our shops from Sunday 21st to Wednesday 24th December ONLY.

Full Turkey on the bone is only available for Pick Up collection Tuesday 23rd & Wednesday 24th of December. This includes whole/full turkey, free range turkey & bronze turkey.
