Medium Hamper - Turkey Crown & Large Home Cured Ham: Feeds 10-12

Our turkey crowns come in a cooking bag which we recommend for the most succulent turkey.   The oven should be preheated to 170c and it will take approximately 140 minutes to roast your turkey crown.  As all ovens vary please ensure that the turkey is cooked by checking that the juices run clear.

Ham

Our homecured ham will come in a cooking bag in an oven ready tray.  You should preheat your oven to 140c and place the oven ready tray directly into the oven for 130 minutes.…simply carve & enjoy!

You can cook your ham the night before if you wish.
