Collections

Christmas order Pick Up Collections are available in our shops from Sunday 21st to Wednesday 24th December ONLY.

Full Turkey on the bone is only available for Pick Up collection Tuesday 23rd & Wednesday 24th of December.

This includes whole/full turkey, free range turkey & bronze turkey.

Your order will be ready for collection the day after you place the order. So for example, if you place an order on a Tuesday it will be ready for collection in the shop you select on a Wednesday or a specific date that you have selected at checkout.

The price you will be charged for a product is the price at which it was advertised online on the day you put your order through.  As our products are fresh the pricing changes regularly and we may be forced to change the prices we charge for our products.

You will receive a call from our delivery team to offer you an alternative.  You will have the option to cancel your order.

There is no charge for collection

Delivery Policy

Local Christmas deliveries will be made on Sunday 21st & Monday 22nd of December.

Delivery of full turkey on the bone is not possible.

This includes whole/full turkey, free range turkey & bronze turkey.

We offer delivery in Dublin and Meath. Please contact us on info@gleesonbutchers.ie if you live outside of these areas and have a query about delivery. Our Christmas range can be delivered to Dublin, Meath & Kildare.

We must receive any order to be included in a delivery before midnight on the night before delivery. So for example to order in advance for collection on Friday you must have placed your order by midnight on Thursday.

All orders will be delivered by Gleeson Butchers.

Your order will be packaged separately within that delivery and labelled for your attention.

It is the responsibility of the person making the order to pick up this package at the predetermined location, time and day.

Once the package is delivered it is no longer the responsibility of Gleeson Butchers.  You will own the products dispatched to you from the time that they are delivered to your chosen location.  Until then they will remain the property of Gleeson Butchers.

There is a €5 local delivery charge and a minimum order value of €150. Christmas delivery details may differ.

You will receive an email from Gleeson Butchers confirming that your order has been received.

You will be notified by our driver once your delivery is at your door.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order up to the midnight cut-off point on the day before delivery is planned.

You can amend your order up to the midnight cut-off point of the day before delivery. After this time we cannot make any amends to your order.

If you have received a product that is faulty in any way you should return it at the time of collection or delivery or contact us on info@gleesonbutchers.ie

Due to the perishable nature of the products each return situation will be handled on a case by case basis.  If you return a product because it is not as described or faulty we will refund the price of the product.  If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you in the same way as the original payment was made.

As with all our shops and products you should get in touch if you are not happy with the product you received.  You can contact us on info@gleesonbutchers.ie

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

We action all refunds within 24 hours of receiving the goods back but it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.
