Our Turkey Crown is a delicious family favourite for celebrating Christmas. If served with ham it’s enough for 10-12 people with plenty for leftovers, our extra large crown is enough for 18-20! The turkey is a lean boneless crown which is easy to carve with no waste.

Please note only Gleesons Christmas range is available for delivery or collection during Christmas week. To order from our regular range for another time, please place a separate order.

Our turkey crowns come in a cooking bag and may be in an oven ready tray.  The oven should be preheated to 170c.  Cook for 150 minutes for 2.4kg or 60 minutes per kilo.  As all ovens vary please ensure that the turkey is cooked thoroughly before serving.
