Created using Gleeson's grass fed Irish beef, which we mildly cure using our traditional recipe. It has a unique flavour and is delicious served with cabbage & mash.

Remove all packaging. Place the beef in cold water and bring to a gentle boil. Boil for 50 minutes per kilo and 20 minutes extra. Carve & enjoy!
