Delicious & healthy farm fresh turkey crown. Turkey has become a firm favourite with our customers in recent years as an Sunday roast dinner.

This feeds 8-10 people and is suitable for freezing.

Remove the film. Cover the turkey crown with foil and place it in a preheated over at 180c. Cook for approx 2 hours or until the juices run clear. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time to brown the skin. If the turkey crown comes in a cooking bag, roast it in the bag in the foil tray for 2 hours at 150oC. Carve and enjoy with your favourite sides!
