A creamy, rich pepper sauce, made with Irish dairy cream, cracked black pepper with hints of tomato, beef and onion. Delicious with steak or roast beef.

Place the contents of the sachet into a small bowl. Heat on high in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and heat again for up to 30 seconds or as necessary. You can add some cream if you like for a more runny consistency.
