Our Loin of Pork Roast coated in a delicious pepper crumb. It's simple to cook and excellent value for money.

Remove all of the packaging and place the roast in a baking tray. Season with oil (optional), salt & pepper and cover with foil. Cook in a preheated oven at 170oC for 70-80 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the cover for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Serve with gravy and apple sauce!
