Try our lean and tender loin of pork roast, easy to cook and carve with no waste. Delicious served with Gleesons homemade stuffing.

Remove all of the packaging and place the roast in a baking tray. Season with oil (optional), salt & pepper and cover with foil. Cook in a preheated oven at 170oC for 60-70 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the cover for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Serve with Gleeson’s stuffing, gravy and apple sauce.
