Whole Chicken

Remove the packaging and place chicken in a suitable roasting dish. Season the chicken and cover with foil, roast for 90 minutes at 180c. Remove the foil for the final 15 minutes of cooking to brown the skin. Ensure the chicken is cooked through before serving and enjoy!
