Mild Chicken Jalfrezi Stirfry and Pilau Rice

MICROWAVE:
Remove the sleeve and pierce the film several times. Heat on full power for 4 minutes (900W) or 5 minutes (750W). Leave to stand for 1 minute and stir.

OVEN:
Remove sleeve and pierce film, place in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes, stir before serving.

These times are a guide only, ensure the meal is piping hot (core temp 75 degrees) before serving. Do not reheat.
